Must provide one of the following:
- Proof of deposit and investment funds (letter from the bank addressed to Ras Al Khaimah Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security confirming the deposit value)
- Proof of capital investment of AED 2 million along with past 6 months’ bank statements of personal and corporate accounts

- Sales and purchase agreement signed an stamped by Real Estate Developer (for off-plan Property).
